Unawkward is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. That is the agreement between you and us for use of the app, and it is worth reading if you want the full text:

Subscriptions
Unawkward offers an auto-renewing subscription with a one week free trial. Payment is taken by Apple through your Apple Account, and a subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel any time in Settings on your device, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current one. Anything you have already rehearsed stays readable.
What this app is, and is not
Unawkward is practice. The other person in a rehearsal is generated, the coaching is generated, and both can be wrong. It is a rehearsal room, not advice.
It is not legal, medical, HR or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If a situation needs HR, a union, a lawyer or a doctor, it needs those and not this app. Where the app can tell, it says so.
Privacy
What the app sends, keeps and never sees is set out separately, in plain terms, on the privacy page.
